What challenge or issue did you encounter that prompted you to seek assistance or support?
We have been working through the process of implementing Procore and using the Smoothx integration to work with our Xero accounting system, we experienced some challenges working out the best way to apply the current workflow we are used to as a business, to an adapted workflow taking advantage of these new systems.

Emma was very patient and helpful as our Smoothx manager, helped us work through everything and was always understanding when we needed to delay meetings whilst resolving and coordinating with our Procore team.
