The challenge
Procore approved invoices were stopped from syncing for a period.
The solution
While approving the invoices in Procore, Xero was showing no invoices came through. Once I checked the Smoothx dashboard, the most recent approvals were shown an hour ago. So I contacted the Smoothx support team, and was told that there was an issue with the queue, but the support team was able to rectify the queue.
